Wampanoag Day-Native American hands on activities,crafts, demonstrations, drumming and of course the Wampanoag Nation Singers and Dancers, watch their performance and join them in many of the dances. Fundraiser, admission fee $5.00 adults,$2.00 child, $10.00 family. Lunch available for purchase including several native dishes as well as hot dogs and hamburgers, with chips, water and soda.

The Bourne Historical Society presents a celebration of local Wampanoag history and culture at this day long festival at the Aptucxet Museum Complex. Featuring lots of hands-on activities and demonstrations along with Native craft vendors, native food and the Wampanoag Nation Singers and Dancers.
Come for an hour or the day and support the Bourne Historical Society and celebrate local native history at Wampanoag Day!

Postponed: A Revolution of Her Own: the Story of Deborah Sampson

This event has been postponed and will be held as part of our annual Harvest Dinner on November 11.
Deborah Sampson Gannett was a local woman, who disguised herself as a man in order to serve in the Continental Army during the American Revolutionary War. This dinner theater event will bring Sampson back to tell her incredible story.
Tickets to “A Revolution of Her Own” are $18 in advance and $20 at the door.

Bourne Historical Society Aptucxet Museum Complex is open Memorial Day Weekend through Columbus Day Weekend.
